Harad Chilka (Terminalia chebula), commonly known as Seedless Haritaki, consists of the dried outer layer of the fruit with the seed removed. The fruit is harvested at maturity, deseeded, and naturally dried to preserve its inherent properties. Harad is widely used in traditional Ayurvedic formulations and is one of the important ingredients of classical herbal preparations. Available in broken pieces or powdered form, it is suitable for decoctions, powders, and extract manufacturing.
